The transfer process at a glance

Every regulated transaction depends on customer eligibility, product restrictions, receiving-dealer requirements, and applicable law.

  1. 01

    Confirm the item and destination

Review product classification and identify an appropriate receiving dealer before shipment.

  2. 02

    Complete required review

Provide only the information needed for eligibility, dealer verification, shipping, and manual order review.

  3. 03

    Coordinate shipment

Approved regulated orders ship to the verified receiving dealer—not directly to the customer.

  4. 04

    Complete the local transfer

The receiving dealer and applicable legal requirements govern final transfer approval.

Firearms & FFL FAQ

Clarity before checkout

Product and order-specific answers require review by ProTac MD and the receiving dealer.

Can I pick up a firearm at ProTac MD?

No public walk-in showroom is represented. The online experience requires appropriate receiving-dealer coordination for regulated products.

Where are regulated products shipped?

Approved regulated products ship only to a verified receiving dealer that can lawfully receive the item and conduct the final transfer.

Does paying guarantee that I can take possession?

No. A purchase does not guarantee transfer approval. The receiving dealer and all applicable legal requirements control the final decision.

Does free shipping apply to firearms or ammunition?

Excluded and regulated categories must be reviewed separately. A general free-shipping threshold should not be applied automatically to firearms, ammunition, or FFL services.

What should I include in an inquiry?

Share your question, general item context, and receiving-dealer details when relevant. Do not send sensitive identity or payment information through a general inquiry.
