Is there a public retail showroom?

No. The retail experience is online only. Regulated items must follow applicable eligibility, shipping, and receiving-dealer requirements.

Does an online order guarantee a firearm transfer?

No. A purchase does not guarantee transfer approval. The receiving dealer and all applicable legal requirements govern final transfer eligibility.
